General Conditions:

- Prices per unit/night including cleaning, bed linen and towels changed once a week and free use of swimming pool.

- During the stay the client will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen.

- 3 Nights minimum stay. July and August 7 nights minimum stay.

- Pets are not allowed in the resort.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

- It is not permitted to make fires on the terraces, the existing barbeques are solely for decorative purposes.

- To ensure your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% made by bank transfer. The remaining 70% will be requested on arrival.

- Reservations canceled at least 15 days prior to the day of arrival will be charged an administrative cost of 10% of the deposit.

- Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival - non refundable deposit.

- A deposit of €300,00 will be requested upon arrival for any breakages and will be refunded when checking out.

- Check-in after 3pm.

- Check-out before 11am.

Prices include VAT.
